Expansion of a production building and cladding panels
Construction of a building expansion and panel cladding for a production plant. The realization is located in Arzignano, province of Vicenza. The cladding consists of insulating panels in addition to an additional architectural layer in Alucobond® combined with expanded metal alternating with vacuum on the underlying cladding. Deltabi was responsible, first of all, for the design of the extension and then for the installation on site.Project

Deltabi was committed into the construction of a building extension for a production plant located in Arzignano in the province of Vicenza. The structure, realized through galvanized iron bearing structures, was then entirely covered with insulating panels with the addition of a mixed architectural layer. The latter composed of Alucobond® / expanded metal sheet alternating with vacuum for the underlying cladding. This panel, consisting of two aluminum panels and a central layer of mineral substances, allows to obtain a very special and modern optical and aesthetic effect, without neglecting functionality and safety. Product hardly inflammable, allows the safety of the entire industrial shed. The final result is a prefabricated with modern lines and advanced materials to ensure high quality standards.
