Expansion of a prefabricated warehouse

A complete project and followed in all its phases, this is the service that Deltabi has developed for the extension of this industrial shed for a waste treatment. After a first meeting with the customer and the technical survey, we developed the project in the smallest details. Shed with a metal structure of about 2.667 square meters in hot-dip galvanized metal carpentry for a better protection against corrosion and rust formation. Existing perimeter wall on which we placed the entire structure. Gantry girders for overhead crane and realization of stainless steel finishings. As far as cladding is concerned, we have installed sandwich wall panels, made with a double stainless steel sheet for greater resistance and reduced weight. For the covering it has been decided to use single fiberglass sheet bands complete with stainless steel anti-fall net. For an optimal internal lighting of the building, windows with fixed glazing and perimeter profiles in painted aluminum have been inserted. The installation is completed by metal parapets on the entire perimeter of the shed for greater safety at work.
