For a waste treatment plant Deltabi has designed and supplied an industrial warehouse and internal and external claddings. About 14,500 square meters of metal structure composed of different elements, such as load-bearing beams and trusses. The building is completed by external cladding for facades with specific panels, customized in color, skylights and smoke and heat evacuators.Project

Deltabi was responsible for the construction and installation of an industrial shed for a waste treatment plant. A project with large dimensions that required a precise and punctual planning. A prefabricated shed of about 14,500 square meters consisting of different components. The structure has been realized with caisson load-bearing beams, reticular trusses, purlins and cold rolled profiles. To complete the project, all the claddings and skylights have been supplied and installed. As for the roofing of the entire shed, green sandwich panels were chosen and used to ensure durability and resistance thanks to the multilayers present in the cladding panels. Skylights made of honeycomb polycarbonate were also inserted. Considered the destination of use of the structure, the project also included the insertion of smoke and heat evacuators, for the safety of the entire prefabricated structure.
