Design and fabrication of a custom-designed and painted spiral staircase for a structure located in Mogliano Veneto (TV). The structure is made of hot-dip galvanized metalwork and painted in the color RAL 3020. The hot-dip galvanizing process involves the processing of metals, mainly steel, where the zinc is poured over the metal structure. This type of processing has the ability to increase the resistance of the material, avoiding galvanic corrosion over time and the early onset of rust. The structure of the spiral staircase consists of a central column, steps and railings. The handrail is made of stainless steel, while the walking surface is made of galvanized sheet metal (also in this case to protect against corrosive processes), as are the landing and the landing.
