Iron structures for covering a conveyor belt

Deltabi has realized the cover of this 210 ml conveyor belt for one of his customers in Maniago. After a careful study and analysis of the customer's structural requirements, Deltabi's team has elaborated a first project that included a sheet metal structure protected by pvc for outdoor use. In a second moment we moved on to the assembly phase, using galvanized and corrugated sheet metal profiles, pre-painted in white and grey. The sides of the conveyor belt were surrounded by an outdoor pvc structure composed of removable sheets, in order to protect the material from the weather and at the same time allow the maintenance of the plant as a whole. PVC is the polymer of vinyl chloride and is one of the most widely used plastics in the world because of its versatility of application. In fact, it can easily be mixed even in high proportions with inorganic compounds and plasticizers that make it flexible and moldable.
