Tensile structure for a residential terrace

Realization of a tensile structure for a residential terrace. The structure is made with hot-dip galvanized and painted tubular profiles. The project included tanks to be used as flower boxes. The PVC tarpaulin was stretched by cables and accessories is obscuring, ideal for sheltering from sunlight. A project that combines functionality and design. Deltabi followed all the different phases of the project, in order to obtain great results.


Deltabi was responsible for the design, construction and installation of a tensile structure characterized by an iron structure and a sail shade canopy. This project, developed for the roofing of a residential terrace, is characterized by small dimensions. It is a terrace of 12.00 x 5.00 m. Outdoor canopies and roofs must be designed in order to allow the performance of different activities in a functional way without forgetting the aesthetic and design. The structure, being an outdoor installation, was made of galvanized tubular profiles and powder coated. In fact, by coating the iron canopy with a layer of zinc, the latter will be protected from corrosion by atmospheric agents.
Deltabi has also provided the supply of tanks to be used as flower boxes and prepared for the wood cladding. To complete the installation, the shading fabric (cut to size on 3D model) has been stretched with stainless steel cables and accessories.
